Oldham – Bungalow and Forever Home

We were instructed to support the development of a long-term home for an individual with additional needs, working on behalf of the landlord to ensure the property could meet both the requirements of the future resident and the care provider supporting them. The objective was not simply to provide accommodation, but to create a sustainable home that would support independent living for years to come.

The Old School, Newark

The Old School in Newark began life as a single-storey primary school. We saw something different in it — a building with the right scale, the right footprint, and the potential to become something genuinely meaningful. It is now home to eight people with learning disabilities and autism, each living in their own self-contained apartment with the support they need around them.

Spring Gardens, Radcliffe

Spring Gardens is a supported living scheme of seven self-contained apartments in Radcliffe, designed specifically for young people leaving care. It sits at a critical juncture — the moment when a young person transitions out of a structured environment and needs to start building an independent life.

Bed Every Night Scheme, Radcliffe

The Radcliffe Bed Every Night Scheme is one of the projects we’re most proud of — not because it’s the largest in the portfolio, but because of what it does. Eleven self-contained bedsits in Radcliffe, our home town, providing safe, stable accommodation for people who find themselves with nowhere else to go.

St. Mary’s Place, Bury

St Mary’s Place is a development of nine high-quality supported living apartments in the heart of Bury town centre – one of the most significant projects in the Mortimer Group portfolio and a clear expression of our commitment to social impact alongside commercial performance.
